iPhone 5 or iPhone N~ !!! Just tried to imagine the next generation of iPhones.

Just spent few hours imagining what the next generation's iPhone might be like by doing some changes on the iPhone 4 using Paint.NET. I started by removing the home button and put it on the right side of the phone to gain more space for a wider screen and also to make the phone looks different without a home button in the front, added three cameras to have 3D recordings and two more speakers to provide 3D Sound quality,  and made the iPhone little bit thinner (As many people want the new generation to be the thinnest), And finally, changed the buttons size (Volume, Plan Mode and On/Off) to smaller, except the volume riser to make it easy find. I hope you like my " iPhone N~ ", and feel free to post your comments ;)      

iOS 5.1 untethered jailbreak will be released or not?

The very active iPhone hacker Pod2g has pushed a new updated regarding the long-awaited iOS 5.1 untethered jailbreak. Pod2g has tweeted that he managed to run iOS 5.1 untethered jailbreak on his iPhone 4. But I have to remind you that the german hacker i0n1c has achieved this step months ago when he showed us the iOS 5.1 untethered jailbreak on his iPad 3.

iOS 5.1 untethered jailbreak will be released or not?

Pod2g posted a poll on his own blog, asking jailbreakers if hackers continue work on iOS 5.1 untethered jailbreak or hold off until releasing iOS 6 officially. The jailbreak community has been decided, 106,473 (64%) users have voted to release iOS 5.1 and don’t wait for iOS 6

But it looks like now that many of Pod2g’s Twitter followers are satisfied with the iOS 5.1 tethered jailbreak for iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad 1, iPod touch 4G and 3G, but look how Pod2g replied them.

This means that iOS 5.1 untethered jailbreak for iPhone 4S, 4, 3GS, iPad 3, 2, 1, iPod touch 4G, 3G is just around the corner, stay tuned

iPad 3 / 2, iPhone 4S iOS 5.1 Exploits Ready For New Untethered Jailbreak: Pod2g

Rejoice time for iPad 3, iPhone 4S and iPad 2 users waiting for the untethered jailbreak. Hacker Pod2g has confirmed via twitter that they have now all the exploits required for the untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.1. He is working on bypassing the ASLR at bootup that will complete the  work related to jailbreak. This does not mean that the jailbreak will be released in few days, as then they will be testing the jailbreak to package and release it for public, which would possible take some more time.

Last month, Pod2g has updated that they have some missing pieces for the userland jailbreak for iOS 5.1 and he was working dedicatedly on it. He said it will take few weeks to bridge the gap and package the full blown exploit into any tool like Absinthe or redsn0w to release. And now, after few weeks, pod2g has confirmed of all pieces and holes in place for the jailbreak, which brings them very much closer to the untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.1.

With all this information, it seems that the untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.1 for A5 and A5X devices will be based on userland exploits and will not be bootrom to permanently jailbreak the devices. Once the final bypassing is done by pod2g, he will be testing the jailbreak to package and release.

However, there were already four exploits discovered in zero day of the new iPad 3 release, but still no other hacker have claimed to release the jailbreak yet. Pod2g was the one who also gave us exploit to jailbreak iPhone 4S and iPad 2 which was then packaged into Corona and Absinthe.

Like all his earlier promises, this time also it seems that iOS 5.1 jailbreak for iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and iPad 3 is quite close.  We will keep you updated on all the releases and details of the jailbreak and unlock, stay tuned with us on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.
